Terms of Service
These terms govern pre-priced support orders, custom quote requests, maintenance work, and related communications for social app development and management services.
1. Service relationship
The service provides remote technical support, development assistance, operational review, and maintenance for social media applications, websites, and related digital workflows. The service is not a legal, financial, medical, investment, hosting, or regulated compliance provider.
2. Pre-priced orders
Pre-priced services shown on the configurator may be submitted as orders when the customer selects a defined service item and provides enough information to review the request. Prices cover the listed scope only and do not include full rebuilds, high-scale architecture, platform policy legal advice, emergency incident response, or unmanaged third-party costs.
3. Quote-based work
Larger projects, retainers, multi-module builds, security-sensitive work, unclear requirements, or work above the listed scope require separate review. A quote is not binding until scope, delivery assumptions, payment terms, timeline, and handover responsibilities are confirmed.
4. Customer information and access
The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information, project context, affected URLs or app names, reproduction steps, lawful access permission, and any required credentials through a secure channel. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or inaccessible information may affect delivery timing.
5. Delivery process
After an order or quote request is received, the team may review the request, confirm scope, ask follow-up questions, start eligible work, or recommend a different service path. Delivery estimates are planning targets, not guaranteed completion times, unless specifically agreed in writing.
6. Out-of-scope work
If a request is broader than the selected service item, depends on inaccessible systems, requires third-party approvals, involves unsafe platform behavior, or cannot be reasonably completed within the selected scope, the team may pause work and propose a revised quote, partial delivery, or cancellation path.
7. Payments
Pre-priced orders are submitted through the available checkout process. Quote-based projects may require deposits, milestones, or recurring payments. The customer is responsible for taxes, payment provider fees, chargeback costs, and third-party service charges unless otherwise agreed.
8. Third-party platforms
Social platforms, app stores, payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, and API providers may change rules, limits, interfaces, review outcomes, or availability. The service cannot guarantee approval, ranking, reach, moderation decisions, payment settlement, or uptime controlled by third parties.
9. Customer content and legality
The customer must ensure that submitted content, user data, brand assets, platform accounts, and requested workflows are lawful and authorized. Services may be refused for abusive, deceptive, spam, harassment, privacy-invasive, malware, credential theft, fake engagement, or other harmful activity.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, customer materials remain owned by the customer. Deliverables created for a paid project may be used by the customer after payment is complete. General methods, templates, reusable components, diagnostic approaches, and non-customer-specific knowledge may continue to be used by the service.
11. Confidentiality
Non-public project information is treated as confidential and used only for review, delivery, support, payment, records, and dispute handling. Customers should not submit unnecessary secrets through public forms or unsecured channels.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. The service is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost data, platform bans, third-party outages, payment provider decisions, or damages caused by customer instructions, third-party systems, or unauthorized access.
13. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated when service scope, checkout process, platform rules, or operational requirements change. Continued use of the service after publication of updated terms means the updated terms apply to future requests.
